The 2018 Briar Hills Homeowners Annual Meeting took place Wednesday, November 14th - at Manchester Elementary School

Limited attendance and limited response to proxies prevented official business, but good discussion occurred regarding the purpose and goals of the board. Additional requests for volunteers and/or board members were made - initial response would be to grow the board size to 7, which will be voted on by the board at the next board meeting.

Discussion regarding Community Events was raised, with the board response being - more volunteers are needed to organize. The board fully supports these initiatives, and is willing to provide budgets for those willing to coordinate and organize events.

The Homeowners Board would like your feedback on what we, as an association, can do to better improve our neighborhood.
